Monthly Meetings are held the 1st Wednesday of each month at the Sewer Authority at 6:30PM. Request to speak need to be submitted to jcoles@mssma.us at least 24 hours in advance.

Please do not email the Sewage Authority or leave messages on this line regarding delinquent sewage bills. For delinquent sewage bills contact Legal Tax Service at 412-464-9555.

To make online payments for a current bill only, you can go to www.ltspayments.com. Again, only current bill payments will be accepted through this link.

If you require a dye test, you can contact any registered plumber certified in Allegheny County. Download and print the Dye Test Form (above), and submit the passing dye test with a $30.00 payment (for dye test certification). The dye test can be emailed, but the check needs to be mailed to the address above, or dropped in one of the designated drop boxes.
