How to Submit a Right-to-Know Request
1. All RTKL requests for records must be in writing. You can download the Standard Right to Know Request form here.
2. All requests must be addressed to the Borough of Munhall and mailed to:

or emailed to: sabrams@munhallpa.us
Requests may be mailed to the Borough Office or delivered in person during regular business hours.
