Janitorial Services

Submissions due no later than September 20, 2022, 12 noon Prevailing Time
The Borough of Munhall (“Borough”) is soliciting proposals from individuals or firms (“Vendors”)
interested in providing professional janitorial services for the Borough.

Services are limited to the Borough building, located at 1 Raymond Bodnar Way, Munhall, PA 15120 and
include service in the administrative, police, and common areas. Vendor must be obtain the appropriate
clearances, as noted in the RFP, in order to work within the police department areas.

The term of this contract shall be one (1) year beginning on December 1, 2022. The contract shall
automatically renew at the option of the Borough for up to four (4) additional one-year terms for a total
possible contract life of five (5) years.
