NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Munhall shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, October 14, 2021, in the Council Chambers of the Munhall Borough Building located at 1900 West Street, Munhall, PA starting at 6:30 PM. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the application of Atlas Estates for a variance for a vacant lot known as 3622 Timberwood Drive (Block & Lot No. 122-H-378) located in the R-1-60 Single-Family Residential District of the Borough from the minimum lot depth and lot area requirements for a single family dwelling set forth in Section 1, Paragraph D, Section 440-11, of Article IV of the Munhall Borough Zoning Ordinance.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in response to federal and state emergency management restrictions and recommendations, all CDC guidelines will be in place for this hearing.
