Handicapped Parking Spot Application
The Handicapped Parking Spot Application is used to obtain restricted parking in front of a residence when the applicant has the proper Handicapped Parking Placard or Plate as issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Not that not all applications may be approved, based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, available driveway parking or other factors. Please return this form to the Munhall Police Department.
