- No Layoffs of Personnel from any Department
- No Money Budgeted for Community Days or Fire Works
- No Seasonal / High School Summer Workers
- No Outside Grounds Maintenance Contract
- Changes to a more cost-effective medical plan for some Personnel
However, even with these budget cuts and changes, our costs continue to rise.
